LavenderAlbino.com is a father and son partnership owned by Grant Whitmer Jr, and Grant Whitmer III.

When first breeding ball pythons back in 2004, they were most impressed by the lavender albino phenotype in ball pythons, and so they concentrated their breeding efforts on this simple recessive gene.

Today LavenderAlbino.com has the most genetically diverse colony of lavender albino ball pythons in the world with over a dozen original African hatched lines of lavender albino under one roof.

Two of those special lines are descended from two wild caught animals named "Excalibur" and "Gwenivere."

Previously owned by Dr. Bob Clark, Gwenivere was featured in Forbes magazing in 2004 as the "Most Expensive Pet in the World."
